MEET O U R S T A F F
HISTORY
​
Established in 1982, Westech Supply Company provides our car wash customers with state-of-the-art, user friendly equipment at competitive prices.
A full line of replacement parts, wash chemicals and vending products are also available. Westech began by selling parts and vending supplies out of the trunk of a car in the South Plains area.
Eventually small manufactured wash systems and maintenance repair services were offered. Year-by-year product lines expanded and our customer area grew to include all of West Texas, the Oklahoma panhandle and New Mexico.
The turning point for the business was in 1997 when Westech Supply became an equipment distributor for D&S Car Wash Systems, Fragramatics, Inc., and others.

In 2002 we moved to a store front location in Lubbock to offer walk-in service and support.
In June of 2004 Mike Hall and Lora Homan purchased WSC from Don McClendon. We have expanded farther west and south to include most of Texas and offer a variety of new services including preventative maintenance contracts.

return P O L I C Y
Return goods authorization must be obtained before returning all merchandise. No returns accepted after 60 days (excluding items for warranty consideration) and all items must be in unused condition. Any possible warranty items must be returned within 30 days of receiving replacement part. All items returned after 30 days subject to 20% restocking fee. No returns on electronic items after 30 days (excluding items for warranty consideration). Return goods must be shipped prepaid and must include a copy of the original packing list and explanation of return enclosed in package. All others may be rejected at Westech Supply Companies discretion.
payment & S H I P P I N G
Most orders placed before 3pm CST are shipped the same day, all others are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Non-stock and back ordered items are shipped as soon as possible and invoiced separately. Your order may be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, company check, or C.O.D. You may also request a credit application to apply for open account. No accounts will be considered without a complete credit application.

All products sold carry the manufacturer's warranties. There are no other warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied by Westech Supply Co. The customer is responsible for transportation, labor costs, and any other incidental expenses in connection with warranty repair or replacement.
